Adastra AH25 Weatherproof active horn speaker is a quick and easy solution for PA and music where an amplifier isn't required.
The Adastra AH25 is an active 25W horn speaker, ideal when installing an amplifier isn't required or possible. It's a quick and easy solution and takes very little time to install, and it is perfect for announcements, CCTV or security alerts, and even music in certain instances.
The speaker is IP66-rated making it suitable to be permanently installed outdoors (with the connections sealed in a weatherproof box).
Installation & Power Supply
The speaker has a single fixed 4-core cable which contains the audio line-level signal and power connections. The wire configuration is as follows:
- Black = Power Ground
- Red = Power Positive (+12V)
- White = Line-level Ground
- Yellow = Line-level Positive
The line-level cable can be connected to a connector of your choice (RCA, Jack, XLR etc). You can view our range HERE.
The power cables need to be fixed to a 12V DC 2.1A power supply (not included). We can supply one subject to stock - please add this to your basket using the option box above.
The round connector of the PSU will need to be cut off to expose the wires and joined to the speaker via a weatherproof block terminal.
